We will not be liable for lost/damaged mails that are delivered via normal postage.
After confirming an order, please proceed to make payment within 24 hours. Do inform us should you need extra time.
All measurements will be taken as accurately as possible but please do allow for a 0.5"-1" discrepancy.
Strictly no refunds or exchanges if item is not to your liking. If item is defective, a 1-for-1 exchange would be made.
Due to the large number of deadbuyers, we work on a "first payment first secure piece" basis. Items will not be put on hold for you (subjected to discretion).
For defective or wrong items sent, items are to be mailed back within 14 days from the date it has been sent out. We will take it that you have accepted the item after the 14 day period.
Prices are fixed and strictly no bargaining.
